  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and no significant work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancelled Project: If you cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund may be granted. If the project is cancelled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services have been fully rendered and approved by the client

  • Client fails to provide necessary assets, feedback, or approvals to continue the project

  • Delays caused by client-side issues (lack of communication, scope changes, etc.)

  • Custom development, branding, or SEO work that has already been delivered

  • “Change of mind” after the project has started or after services have been rendered

  • Digital products or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
